Revelation2

To the messenger of the assembly in Ephesus write: These things says the One who holds the seven stars in his right hand, who is walking in the midst of the seven golden lampstands;

I know your works and your labor and your endurance, and that you are not able to tolerate evil ones; and you have tested those saying themselves to be sent ones and are not, and you have found them false.

And you have perseverance, and you have endured, and for the sake of my name you have laboured and have not grown weary.

But I have this against you, that you have let go of your first love.

Therefore remember from where you have fallen, and change your heart and perform the first works; then, lest except, I am coming to you with speed and I will remove your lampstand out of its place, unless you shall change your heart.

But this you have, that you hate the works of the Nicolaitans, which I myself also hate.

The one who has an ear, he should hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies; to the one who overcomes I will give to him to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of my God.

And to the messenger of the assembly in Smyrna write: These things says the First and the Last, who became dead and came to life;

I know your works and the tribulation and the poverty — yet you are rich — and the slander from those who claim themselves to be Jews and are not, but a synagogue of the adversary.

Fear nothing of what you are about to suffer; behold, indeed the accuser is about to cast some of you into prison so that you may be tested, and you will have tribulation for ten days. Be faithful unto death, and I will give to you the wreath of life.

The one who has an ear, he should hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies; the one who overcomes certainly will not be injured by the second death.

And to the messenger of the assembly in Pergamum write: These things says the One who has the sharp two-edged sword;

I know your works and where you dwell, where the throne of the adversary is, and you hold fast to my name and you have not denied my trust, even in the days in which Antipas, my faithful witness, my one who was killed among you, where the adversary dwells.

But I have a few things against you, because you have some there holding the teaching of Balaam, who was teaching Balak to cast a snare before the sons of Israel, and to eat idol-sacrifices and to commit sexual immorality.

So you yourself also have some holding the teaching of the Nicolaitans likewise.

Therefore! Change your heart; then, lest except, I am coming to you quickly and I will make war against them with the sword of my mouth.

The one who has an ear, he should hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies; to the one who overcomes I will give to him to eat from the hidden manna, and I will give to him a white stone, and on the stone a new name written which no one knows, except the one who receives it.

And to the messenger of the assembly in Thyatira write: These things says the Son of God, the One who has his eyes like a flame of fire and his feet like burnished bronze;

I know your works, and the love and the trust and the service and your perseverance, and that your last works are greater than the first.

But I have a few things against you, that you permit your woman Jezebel, the one who calls herself a prophetess, and she teaches and she misleads my slaves to commit sexual immorality and to eat idol-sacrifices.

And I have given to her time that she may change her heart, and she is not willing to change her heart of her sexual immorality.

Behold, I myself cast her into a sickbed, and those committing adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they shall change their heart of her deeds.

And her children I will kill with death, and all the assemblies will know that I myself am the One who searches affections and hearts; and I will give to each of you according to your works.

However, to you I say, to the rest of those in Thyatira, as many as do not have this teaching, and who have not known the deeps of the adversary, as they say: I do not cast upon you any other burden,

but to what you have, hold fast until which time I may come.

And the one who overcomes and who is keeping my works until the end, I will give to him authority over the nations;

and he will shepherd them with a rod of iron, as the vessels of the potter are broken in pieces,

just as I myself also have received from my Father. And I will give to him the morning star.

The one who has an ear, he should hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies.
