Judge me, O God, and contend my dispute with a nation not faithful; from the man of deceit and injustice, cause me to escape.
For you are the God of my stronghold; why have you cast me away? Why do I go about mourning under the oppression of the enemy?
Send out your light and your stability; let them lead me, let them bring me to your holy mountain and to your dwelling places.
And I will come to the altar of God, to the God of the gladness of my rejoicing, and I will give thanks to you with the lyre, O God, my God.
Why are you bowed down, my being, and why do you roar over me? Wait for God, for I will yet give thanks to him, the deliverance of my face and my God.
