¹Praise Yahweh. Praise Yahweh from the skies; praise him in the heights.

²Praise him, all his messengers; praise him, all his hosts.

³Praise him, sun and moon; praise him, all you stars of light.

⁴Praise him, sky of the skies, and the waters that are above the skies.

⁵Let them praise the name of Yahweh, for he commanded and they were created.

⁶He made them stand for all time, forever; he set a decree, and it will not pass away.

⁷Praise Yahweh from the land, you sea monsters and all deeps,

⁸Fire and hail, snow and smoke, the stormy wind that does his word.

⁹The mountains and all hills, fruit trees and all cedars,

¹⁰The living creatures and all livestock, creeping things and small birds on the wing,

¹¹Kings of the land and all peoples, officials and all judges of the land,

¹²Young men and also virgins, the old with boys.

¹³Let them praise the name of Yahweh, for his name alone is exalted; his majesty is over the land and the skies.

¹⁴He has lifted up a horn for his people, praise for all his faithful, for the children of Israel, the people near him. Praise Yahweh.
