1Praise Yahweh. Blessed is the man who fears Yahweh, who delights greatly in his commands.
2His seed will be mighty in the land; the generation of the upright will be blessed.
3Wealth and riches are in his house, and his righteousness stands for ever.
4Light dawns in the darkness for the upright; gracious and compassionate and righteous.
5Good is the man who shows favor and lends; he maintains his words with justice.
6For he will not be shaken forever; the righteous will become a memorial forever.
7He will not be afraid of a bad report; his heart is firm, trusting in Yahweh.
8His heart is upheld; he will not be afraid, until he looks on his foes.
9He scatters, he gives to the needy; his righteousness stands for ever; his horn will be lifted high in weightiness.
10The wicked one sees and is vexed; he gnashes his teeth and melts away; the desire of the wicked perishes.
