¹Praise Yahweh. I will give thanks to Yahweh with all my heart, in the council of the upright and the assembly.

²Great are the works of Yahweh, sought out by all who delight in them.

³Majesty and splendor are his work, and his righteousness stands for ever.

⁴He made a memorial for his wonders; gracious and compassionate is Yahweh.

⁵He gives food to those who fear him; he remembers his covenant forever.

⁶He told his people the strength of his works, to give them the inheritance of the nations.

⁷The works of his hands are faithfulness and justice; all his precepts are reliable.

⁸They are upheld for all time, forever, done in faithfulness and uprightness.

⁹He sent ransom to his people; he commanded his covenant forever; holy and to be feared is his name.

¹⁰The beginning of wisdom is the fear of Yahweh; good insight belongs to all who do them; his praise stands for ever.
