¹Bless Yahweh, my being; all my inward parts, bless his holy name.

²Bless Yahweh, my being, and do not forget all his benefits.

³who forgives all your guilt, who heals all your diseases,

⁴who redeems your life from the pit, who crowns you with loyal love and compassion,

⁵who satisfies your ornament with good; your youth renews itself like the eagle's.

⁶Yahweh does righteousness and justices for all who are oppressed.

⁷He made known his ways to Moses, his deeds to the children of Israel.

⁸Compassionate and gracious is Yahweh, slow to anger and great in loyal love.

⁹He will not contend continually, and he will not keep a grudge forever.

¹⁰He has not done to us according to our sins, nor repaid us according to our guilt.

¹¹For as high as the skies are above the land, his loyal love is strong over those who fear him.

¹²As far as the sunrise is from the sunset, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.

¹³As a father has compassion on his children, so Yahweh has compassion on those who fear him.

¹⁴For he himself knows how we were formed; he remembers that we are dust.

¹⁵As for man, his days are like grass; like the flower of the field, so he blooms.

¹⁶For wind passes over it and it is gone, and its place does not recognize it any longer.

¹⁷But the loyal love of Yahweh is from forever to forever over those who fear him, and his righteousness to the children of children,

¹⁸to those who keep his covenant and to those who remember his precepts, so as to do them.

¹⁹Yahweh in the heavens established his throne, and his kingdom has ruled in all.

²⁰Bless Yahweh, his messengers, mighty ones of strength, who carry out his word, listening to the voice of his word.

²¹Bless Yahweh, all his hosts, his servants who do his will.

²²Bless Yahweh, all his works, in all the places of his dominion. Bless Yahweh, my being.
