Matthew7

Do not judge, that you may not be judged;

for with whatever verdict you judge, you will be judged; and with whatever measure you measure, it will be measured to you.

Now why do you look at the splinter that is in the eye of your brother, and do not notice the beam in your own eye?

Or how will you say to your brother, permit that I may cast out the splinter from your eye, and behold the beam is in your eye?

Stage-actor! Cast out first the beam from your eye, and then you will see clearly to cast out the splinter from the eye of your brother.

Do not give that which is holy to the dogs, nor cast your pearls before the pigs, otherwise they will trample upon them with their feet, and having turned they may tear you to pieces.

Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and it will be opened to you.

For everyone who is asking receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened.

Or what man is there among you who, if his son asks for bread, will surely not give him a stone?

Or also if he asks for a fish, will he surely not give him a serpent?

Therefore if you yourselves, being evil, know to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in the heavens give good things to those who ask Him?

Therefore all things, as much as you shall desire that men shall enact for you, so also you yourselves enact for them; for this is the law and the prophets.

Enter through the narrow gate, for wide is the gate and broad the way which is leading to the destruction, and many are those who enter through it.

For small is the gate and compressed the way which is leading to the life, and few are those who find it.

Now beware of the false prophets, who come to you in clothing of sheep, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.

By their fruits you will know them. Surely they do not ever gather grapes from thorns, or figs from thistles?

Thus every good tree produces good fruits, but the bad tree produces bad fruits.

A good tree is not able to produce bad fruits, nor is a bad tree able to produce good fruits.

Every tree not producing good fruit is cut down and is thrown into fire.

Then surely by their fruits you will know them.

Not everyone who is saying to Me, Lord, will enter into the kingdom of the heavens, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in the heavens.

Many will say to Me in that very day, Lord, surely in Your name we did prophesy, and in Your name cast out demons, and in your name perform many miracles?

And then I will declare to them that I never knew you; depart from Me, you who work lawlessness.

Therefore everyone whoever hears these My words and does them, he will be like a wise man who built his house upon the rock.

And the rain came down and the torrents came and the winds blew, and beat upon that house, and it did not fall; for it had been founded upon the rock.

And everyone who is hearing these My words and not doing them, he will be likened to a foolish man who built his house upon the sand.

And the rain came down and the torrents came and the winds blew, and beat upon that house, and it fell; and its fall was great.

And it came to pass, when Jesus finished these words, the crowds were astonished at his teaching;

for he was teaching them as having authority, and not as their scribes.
