Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
Take Aaron and his sons with him, and the garments, and the anointing oil, and the bull of the sin offering, and the two rams, and the basket of the unleavened bread.
Assemble all the congregation at the door of the tent of the appointed time.
Moses did as Yahweh had commanded him, and the congregation assembled at the door of the tent of the appointed time.
Moses said to the congregation, “This is the word that Yahweh has commanded to do.”
Moses brought Aaron and his sons near, and washed them in the waters.
He put over him the garment, and girded him in the sash, and clothed him with the robe, and put over him the ephod, and girded him in the waistband of the ephod, and fastened it to him with it.
He placed the breastplate on him, and set the Urim and the Thummim into the breastplate.
He set the turban on his head, and set on the turban, toward the front of his face, the gold plate, the crown of holiness, as Yahweh had commanded Moses.
Moses took the anointing oil and anointed the tabernacle and all that was in it, and set them apart.
He spattered some of it on the altar seven times, and anointed the altar and all its utensils, and the basin and its base, to set them apart.
And he poured some of the anointing oil over the head of Aaron, and anointed him, to set him apart.
Moses brought the sons of Aaron near, and clothed them in tunics, and girded them with a sash, and bound caps on them, as Yahweh had commanded Moses.
He brought the bull of the sin offering near, and Aaron and his sons leaned their hands on the head of the bull of the sin offering.
He slaughtered it, and Moses took the blood, and put it on the horns of the altar all around with his finger, and purified the altar from sin; and the blood he poured out at the base of the altar, and set it apart, to cover over it.
He took all the fat that was on the entrails, and the lobe of the liver, and the two kidneys and their fat, and Moses turned them to smoke on the altar.
And the bull and its hide and its flesh and its dung he burned in the fire outside the camp, as Yahweh had commanded Moses.
He brought the ram of the burnt offering near, and Aaron and his sons leaned their hands on the head of the ram.
He slaughtered it, and Moses sprinkled the blood on the altar all around.
And the ram he cut into its pieces, and Moses turned to smoke the head and the pieces and the fat.
The entrails and the legs he washed in the waters, and Moses turned the whole ram to smoke on the altar; it was a burnt offering for a soothing odor, it was a fire offering for Yahweh, as Yahweh had commanded Moses.
He brought the second ram near, the ram of the settings, and Aaron and his sons leaned their hands on the head of the ram.
He slaughtered it, and Moses took from its blood, and put over the lobe of the ear of the right of Aaron, and over the thumb of his hand the right, and over the thumb of his foot the right.
He brought the sons of Aaron near, and Moses put some of the blood on the lobe of their right ear, and on the thumb of their right hand, and on the big toe of their right foot; and Moses sprinkled the blood on the altar all around.
He took the fat, and the fat tail, and all the fat that was on the entrails, and the lobe of the liver, and the two kidneys and their fat, and the right thigh.
And from the basket of the unleavened bread that was before the face of Yahweh he took one cake of unleavened bread, and one cake of bread made with oil, and one wafer, and put them on the fats and on the right thigh.
He placed all of it on the palms of Aaron and on the palms of his sons, and waved them as a wave offering before the face of Yahweh.
And Moses took them from their palms, and turned them to smoke on the altar, on the burnt offering. They were settings for a soothing odor; it was a fire offering for Yahweh.
And Moses took the breast and waved it as a wave offering before the face of Yahweh; from the ram of the settings it was Moses's portion, as Yahweh had commanded Moses.
And Moses took some of the anointing oil and some of the blood that was on the altar, and spattered it on Aaron, on his garments, and on his sons, and on the garments of his sons with him; and he set apart Aaron, his garments, his sons, and the garments of his sons with him.
Moses said to Aaron and to his sons, “Boil the flesh at the door of the tent of the appointed time, and there you shall eat it, along with the bread that is in the basket of the settings, as I commanded, saying, ‘Aaron and his sons shall eat it.’”
And what remains of the flesh and of the bread, you shall burn in the fire.
And from the door of the tent of the appointed time you shall not go out for seven days, until the day when the days of your settings are completed; for seven days he will fill your hand.
As has been done on this day, Yahweh has commanded to do, to cover over you.
And at the door of the tent of the appointed time you shall dwell by day and by night for seven days, and you shall keep the watch of Yahweh, so that you do not die; for so I have been commanded.
And Aaron and his sons did all the words that Yahweh had commanded by the hand of Moses.
