¹And when a living being will bring near the present of the grain offering to Yahweh, flour will be his present, and he will pour out over it oil and put over it frankincense.

²He will bring it to the sons of Aaron the priests, and he will take from there a full handful of its fine flour and of its oil, together with all its frankincense, and the priest will turn its memorial offering to smoke on the altar, a fire offering, a soothing scent to Yahweh.

³What remains of the grain offering belongs to Aaron and to his sons: a most holy thing from the fire offerings of Yahweh.

⁴And when you will bring near the present of the grain offering baked of the fire-pot, it is flour of the cake of the unleavened bread let in the oil, and the wafer of the unleavened bread anointed in the oil.

⁵And if your present is a grain offering on the griddle, it will be fine flour mixed with oil, unleavened bread.

⁶You will crumble it into morsels and pour oil on it; it is a grain offering.

⁷And if your present is a grain offering of the pan, it will be made of fine flour with oil.

⁸You will bring the grain offering that is made from these things to Yahweh, and he will bring it near to the priest, and he will draw it close to the altar.

⁹The priest will lift up from the grain offering its memorial offering and turn it to smoke on the altar, a fire offering, a soothing scent to Yahweh.

¹⁰What remains of the grain offering belongs to Aaron and to his sons: a most holy thing from the fire offerings of Yahweh.

¹¹All the grain offering which you will near to Yahweh, you will not make with all leaven; for all leaven and all honey you will not turn to smoke from it a burnt-offering to Yahweh.

¹²As a present of the first portion you may bring them near to Yahweh, but onto the altar they must not go up for a soothing scent.

¹³And every present of your grain offering you will salt with salt, and you will not let the salt of the covenant of your God cease from upon your grain offering; with every present of yours you will bring near salt.

¹⁴And if you bring near a grain offering of firstfruits to Yahweh, you will bring near, as the grain offering of your firstfruits, young barley ears roasted in the fire, crushed groats of the fresh growth.

¹⁵You put over it oil and you put over it frankincense; it is a grain offering.

¹⁶The priest will turn its memorial offering to smoke, some of its crushed groats and some of its oil, with all its frankincense, a fire offering to Yahweh.
