John17

These things Jesus spoke, and when He had lifted up His eyes to the heaven, He said: Father, the hour has come; glorify Your Son, that also Your Son may glorify You.

Just as You gave Him authority over all flesh, so that to all whom You have given Him, He may give them eternal life.

Now this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and the one whom You sent, Jesus the Anointed One.

I Myself glorified You on the land, having completed the work that You have given Me that I may do.

And now, Father, glorify Me, You Yourself, with Yourself, with the glory that I had with You before the world existed.

I revealed Your name to the people whom You gave Me out of the world; they were Yours, and to Me You gave them, and they have kept Your word.

Now they have come to know that all things whatever You have given Me are from You.

for the words that You gave Me I have given to them; and they themselves received them, and truly knew that I came out from You, and they believed that You Yourself sent Me.

I myself am asking concerning them; I am not asking concerning the world, but concerning those whom You have given Me, for they are Yours.

And all that is Mine is Yours, and what is Yours is Mine; and I have been glorified in them.

And I am no longer in the world, yet they themselves are in the world, and I myself am coming to You. Holy Father, keep them in Your name, which You have given Me, that they may be one just as we ourselves are.

When I was with them in the world, I myself was keeping them in Your name, which You have given Me; and I guarded them, and none of them perished except the son of destruction, so that the Scripture might be fulfilled.

But now I am coming to You, and these things I speak in the world, so that they may have my joy fulfilled in themselves.

I myself have given them Your word, and the world hated them, because they are not of the world, just as I myself am not of the world.

I do not ask that You take them out of the world, but that You keep them from the evil one.

They are not of the world, just as I myself am not of the world.

Sanctify them by your truth; your word is truth.

Even as You sent Me into the world, I Myself also sent them into the world.

And for them I Myself sanctify Myself, that they themselves also may be sanctified in truth.

Yet I do not ask for these only, but also for those who trust in Me through their word;

that all may be one, even as You Yourself, Father, are in Me and I Myself in You, that also they themselves may be one in Us; that the world may trust that You Yourself sent Me.

And I Myself have given them the glory that You have given Me, so that they may be one, even as We ourselves are one;

I Myself in them and You in Me — that they may be perfected in unity, and so that the world may know that You Yourself sent Me and You loved them even as You loved Me.

Father, as for what You have given Me, I desire that where I Myself am, they also may be with Me, that they may behold My glory that You have given Me because You loved Me before the foundation of the world.

Righteous Father, although the world has not known You, now I Myself have known You, and these have known that You Yourself sent Me;

And I made known to them your name, and I will make it known, so that the love with which You loved Me may be in them, and I myself in them.
