And in the year of one to Cyrus the king of Persia, to complete the word of Yahweh from the mouth of Jeremiah, Yahweh awoke the breath of Cyrus the king of Persia, and he caused a sound to pass over in all his kingdom, and also in the inscription, saying:
Like this said Cyrus the king of Persia: All the kingdoms of the land Yahweh the God of the heavens has given to me, and he has visited over me to build to him a house in Jerusalem which is in Judah.
Who among you from all his people, let his God be with him, and let him come up to Jerusalem which is in Judah, and build the house of Yahweh the God of Israel; he is the God who is in Jerusalem.
And all that is left, from all the places where he lives there, the men of his place will lift him up with the silver and with the gold and with the property and with the livestock, along with the free offering to the house of the God who is in Jerusalem.
Then rose the heads of the fathers to Judah and Benjamin, and the priests and the Levites, all whose breath God awoke, to come up to build the house of Yahweh which is in Jerusalem.
And all those round about them strengthened their hands with the things of silver, with the gold, with the property and with the livestock, and with precious things, alone from all that was impelled.
And the king Cyrus brought out the prepared things of the house of Yahweh which Nebuchadnezzar had brought out from Jerusalem and set in the house of his god.
And Cyrus the king of Persia brought them out over the hand of Mithredath the treasurer, and counted them to Sheshbazzar the prince to Judah.
And this is their number: basins of gold, thirty; basins of silver, a thousand; knives, nine and twenty;
hoar frost of gold, thirty; hoar frost of silver, seconds, four hundred and ten; other vessels, a thousand.
All the vessels to the gold and to the silver were five thousand and four hundred. The all of it Sheshbazzar brought up with the exile coming up from Babylon to Jerusalem.
