Ezekiel41

Then he brought me to the temple and measured the pilasters: six cubits wide on this side and six cubits wide on that side, the width of the tent.

And the breadth of the door was ten cubits, and the shoulders of the door were five cubits on this side and five cubits on that side. And he measured its length, forty cubits, and its breadth, twenty cubits.

He went inside and measured the pilaster of the door: two cubits; and the door was six cubits, and the breadth of the door seven cubits.

And he measured its length, twenty cubits, and its breadth, twenty cubits, facing the temple. And he said to me, This is the sacred place of the sacred places.

He measured the wall of the house: six cubits; and the breadth of the side-room, four cubits, all the way around the house, all around.

And the side-rooms were side-room beside side-room, three and thirty times; and they went into the wall that belonged to the house for the side-rooms, all the way around, so as to be held, yet they were not held in the wall of the house.

It widened and turned higher and higher along the side-rooms; for the encircling of the house went higher and higher all the way around the house. Therefore the breadth of the house went upward, and so the lower rose to the upper by way of the middle.

And I saw that the house had a height all the way around: the foundations of the side-rooms were a full reed, six cubits to the joint.

The breadth of the wall that belonged to the side-room on the outside was five cubits; and what was left open was the place of the side-rooms that belonged to the house.

And between the halls was a breadth of twenty cubits, all around the house, all the way around.

And the doorway of the side-room opened onto the open space: one doorway in the direction of the north, and one doorway toward the south; and the breadth of the place of the open space was five cubits, all the way around.

And the building that was at the face of the separated area on the side toward the sea was seventy cubits in breadth; and the wall of the building was five cubits in breadth, all the way around, and its length was ninety cubits.

And he measured the house, a hundred cubits in length; and the separated area and the building, with its walls, a hundred cubits in length.

And the breadth of the face of the house and of the separated area toward the east was a hundred cubits.

And he measured the length of the building to the face of the separated area that was at its rear, with its galleries on this side and on that, a hundred cubits; and the inner temple, and the porches of the court.

The vestibules, the windows that were shut, and the galleries all around, all three of them, facing the vestibule, had paneling of wood all the way around; and from the land up to the windows, and the windows were covered.

Above the doorway, even to the inner house and to the outside, and on every wall all the way around, in the inner part and in the outer part, were measures.

It was made with cherubim and palm figures, a palm figure between one cherub and the next cherub, and each cherub had two faces:

the face of a man toward the palm figure on this side, and the face of a young lion toward the palm figure on that side; it was made over all the house all the way around.

From the land up to above the doorway the cherubim and the palm figures were made, and on the wall of the temple.

As for the temple, the doorposts were square; and the face of the holy place: the appearance was like the appearance.

The altar was of wood, three cubits high, and its length was two cubits; and its corners belonged to it, and its length and its walls were of wood. He spoke to me: This is the table that is before the face of Yahweh.

The temple and the holy place each had two doors.

And the doors each had two leaves: two turning leaves; two for one door, and two leaves for the other.

And there were made on them, on the doors of the temple, cherubim and palm figures, just as they were made on the walls; and a canopy of wood was on the face of the porch, from the outside.

There were shut windows and palm figures on this side and on that, reaching to the shoulders of the porch, and the side-rooms of the house, and the canopies.
