Exodus35

Moses assembled all the congregation of the children of Israel and said to them, “These are the words that Yahweh has commanded, to do them.”

For six days work is to be done, but on the seventh day there will be a sacred day for you, a sabbath of sabbath observance for Yahweh; anyone who does work on it is to be put to death.

You shall not kindle fire in any of your dwelling places on the sabbath day.

Moses said to all the congregation of the children of Israel: This is the word that Yahweh has commanded.

Take from among you a contribution for Yahweh. Let everyone willing of heart bring it: the contribution of Yahweh, gold and silver and bronze.

and violet yarn, and purple, and scarlet worm-dye, and fine linen, and goats' hair.

and rams' skins dyed red, and tahash hides, and acacia wood.

and oil for the light, and spices for the anointing oil and for the incense of aromatic spices,

and onyx stones, and stones for the settings, for the ephod and for the breastpiece.

And every one skilled of heart among you shall come and make all that Yahweh has commanded.

the dwelling place, its tent and its covering, its hooks and its boards, its bars, its pillars, and its bases;

the chest and its poles, the lid, and the curtain of the screen;

the table and its poles and all its utensils, and the bread of the presence;

and the lampstand for the light, and its utensils, and its lamps, and the oil for the light;

and the altar of the incense and its poles, and the anointing oil, and the incense of the perfumes, and the screen of the door for the door of the tabernacle;

the altar of the burnt offering and the grating of the bronze which is to it, his poles and all his articles, the laver and his base;

the hangings of the court, its pillars and its bases, and the screen of the gate of the court;

the pegs of the dwelling place and the pegs of the court, and their cords;

the plaited garments for serving in the holy place, the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons for serving as priests.

Then all the congregation of the children of Israel went out from before Moses.

And everyone whose heart lifted him up came, and everyone whose breath impelled him brought the contribution of Yahweh for the work of the tent of meeting, for all its service, and for the holy garments.

The men came alongside the women; everyone willing of heart brought nose rings, earrings, signet rings, and necklaces, every article of gold; and everyone who waved a wave offering of gold to Yahweh.

And everyone with whom were found violet yarn, purple, scarlet worm-dye, fine linen, goats' hair, rams' skins dyed red, and tahash hides brought them.

All those who contributed a contribution of silver and bronze brought the contribution of Yahweh; and everyone with whom acacia wood was found for any of the work of the service brought it.

And every woman skilled of heart spun with her hands, and brought what she had spun: the violet, the purple, the scarlet worm-dye, and the fine linen.

And all the women whose heart lifted them up in wisdom spun the goat hair.

And the chiefs brought the onyx stones and the stones for the settings, for the ephod and for the breastpiece,

and the spice and the oil for the light, and for the anointing oil, and for the incense of the perfumes.

Every man and woman whose heart impelled them to bring it for all the work that Yahweh had commanded to be done by the hand of Moses: the children of Israel brought a freewill offering to Yahweh.

Moses said to the children of Israel, See, Yahweh has called by name Bezalel son of Uri, son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah,

and has filled him with the breath of God, with wisdom, with understanding, and with knowledge, and in all kinds of work,

and to devise designs, to make things in gold and in silver and in bronze,

and in carving stone, to fill it in, and in carving wood, to make every kind of work of design.

And he has set it in his heart to teach—he and Oholiab, son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan.

He filled them with wisdom of heart to do every work of the engraver, and of the skillful worker, and of the worker in colors, in the cerulean and in the purple, in the worm of the scarlet and in the fine linen, and of the weaver—makers of every work and reckoners of designs.
