¹And the tabernacle you will make of ten curtains: fine linen, twisted, and cerulean and purple and worm-scarlet; cherubim, the work of a skillful worker, you will make them.

²The length of one curtain is twenty-eight cubits, and the breadth is four cubits of one curtain; one measure for all the curtains.

³Five curtains will be joined, each one to another, and five curtains joined, each one to another.

⁴And you will make loops of cerulean on the edge of the curtain, the one at the end, in the joining; and so you will do on the edge of the outermost curtain in the second joining.

⁵Fifty loops you will make on the one curtain, and fifty loops you will make at the end of the curtain that is in the second joining; the loops will correspond, each one to another.

⁶And you will make fifty clasps of gold, and join the curtains, each one to another with the clasps, and the tabernacle will be one.

⁷And you will make curtains of goat hair for a tent over the tabernacle; eleven curtains you will make them.

⁸The length of one curtain is thirty cubits, and the breadth is four cubits of one curtain; one measure for the eleven curtains.

⁹And you will join five of the curtains by themselves, and six of the curtains by themselves, and you will double over the sixth curtain toward the front of the face of the tent.

¹⁰And you will make fifty loops on the edge of the curtain, the one outermost in the joining, and fifty loops on the edge of the curtain in the second joining.

¹¹And you will make clasps of bronze, fifty, and bring the clasps into the loops, and join the tent, and it will be one.

¹²And the overhang of what exceeds in the curtains of the tent, the half of the curtain that exceeds, will hang over the back of the tabernacle.

¹³And the cubit on this side, and the cubit on that side, of the surplus in the length of the curtains of the tent, will be hanging over the sides of the tabernacle, on this side and on that side, to cover it.

¹⁴And you will make a covering for the tent of ram skins dyed red, and a covering of tahash skins above.

¹⁵And you will make the frames for the tabernacle of acacia wood, standing upright.

¹⁶Ten cubits the length of a board, and a cubit and a half the width of each board.

¹⁷Two tenons for each board, joined one to another; so you will make for all the boards of the dwelling.

¹⁸And you will make the boards for the dwelling: twenty boards for the south side, southward.

¹⁹And forty silver sockets you will make under the twenty boards: two sockets under one board for its two tenons, and two sockets under the other board for its two tenons.

²⁰And for the second side of the dwelling, on the north side, twenty boards.

²¹And their sockets, forty, are silver: two sockets under one board, and two sockets under the other board.

²²And for the far end of the dwelling, westward you will make six boards.

²³And two boards you will make for the corner pieces of the dwelling at the far end.

²⁴And they will be paired from below, and together they will be complete up to its top, to a single ring; so it will be for both of them: for the two corners they will be.

²⁵And there will be eight boards, and their sockets of silver, sixteen sockets: two sockets under one board, and two sockets under the other board.

²⁶And you will make bars of acacia wood, five for the boards on one side of the dwelling,

²⁷and five bars for the boards of the side of the dwelling, the second, and five bars for the boards of the side of the dwelling at the far end, westward.

²⁸And the middle bar, in the midst of the frames, shall pass through from end to end.

²⁹And the boards you will overlay with gold, and their rings you will make of gold, holders for the bars; and you will overlay the bars with gold.

³⁰And you will raise up the dwelling as prescribed for it, which you were shown on the mountain.

³¹And you will make a curtain of violet and purple and scarlet worm-dye and twisted fine linen; the work of a skillful worker, who will make it with cherubim worked in.

³²And you will set it on four pillars of acacia overlaid with gold, their hooks of gold, on four sockets of silver.

³³And you will set the curtain under the clasps, and you will bring the chest of the testimony there, inside the curtain; and the curtain will separate for you between the holy place and the holy of holies.

³⁴And you will set the cover on the chest of the testimony in the holy of holies.

³⁵And you will put the table outside the curtain, and the lampstand opposite the table on the south side of the dwelling, and the table you will place on the north side.

³⁶And you will make a screen for the entrance of the tent, of violet and purple and scarlet worm-dye and twisted fine linen, the work of a worker in colors.

³⁷And you will make for the screen five pillars of acacia, and overlay them with gold, their hooks of gold; and you will cast for them five sockets of bronze.
