You who are masters, give to the slaves that which is righteous and that which is equal, knowing that you yourselves also have a Master in heaven.
Continue steadfastly in prayer, watching in it with thanksgiving;
praying at the same time also for us, that God may open to us a door for the word, to declare the mystery of the Anointed One, on account of which also I have been bound,
so that I may make it clear, as it behooves me to speak.
Walk in wisdom toward those outside, redeeming the appointed-time.
Let your speech be always in favor, seasoned with salt, to know how it behooves you to answer each one.
All the things concerning me, Tychicus will make known to you, the beloved brother and faithful servant and fellow bond-servant in the Lord,
whom I sent to you for this very purpose, that you may know the things concerning us, and he may encourage your hearts,
with Onesimus, the faithful and beloved brother, who is one of you; they will make known to you all things here.
Aristarchus my fellow prisoner greets you, and Mark the cousin of Barnabas, concerning whom you have received instructions: if he shall come to you, welcome him;
and also Jesus who is named Justus, those being among the circumcision; these only are fellow workers for the kingdom of God, who have been a comfort to me.
Epaphras, who is one of you, a slave of the Anointed One Jesus, greets you, always struggling for you in the prayers, so that you may be stood mature and fully complete in all the will of God.
For I bear witness to him that he has great labour for you, and for those in Laodicea, and for their those in Hierapolis.
Luke the beloved physician greets you, and also Demas.
Greet the brothers in Laodicea, and also Nympha, and the assembly in her house.
And when the letter may be read among you, cause that it may be read also in the assembly of the Laodiceans, and that you yourselves also may read the one from Laodicea.
And say to Archippus: take heed to the ministry that you have received in the Lord, that you may fulfill it.
The greeting in my own hand — by Paul. Remember my chains. The favor be with you. Amen. To the Colossians it was written from Rome through Tychicus and Onesimus.
