If then you have been raised with the Anointed One, seek the things above, where the Anointed One is, sitting at the right hand of God.
Set your minds on the things above, not on the things on the land.
For you have died, and your life has been hidden with the Anointed One in God.
When the Anointed One may be revealed, your life, then you yourselves also will appear with Him in glory.
Therefore put to death your members which are upon the land: sexual immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and the covetousness which is idolatry,
because of which things the wrath of God is coming on the sons of disobedience;
in which you yourselves also once walked, when you were living in them.
But now you yourselves also put off all these things: anger, rage, malice, slander, foul language out of your mouth.
Do not lie to one another, having put off the old man with his practices,
and having put on the new, which is being renewed in knowledge according to the image of the one who created him;
where there is not Greek and Jew, circumcision and uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, slave, free, but the Anointed One is all and in all.
Therefore put on, as the chosen of God, holy and beloved, hearts of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience;
bearing with each other and forgiving each other, if anyone shall have a complaint against another; even as the Lord also has forgiven you, so also you;
Now above all these, put on love, which is the bond of perfect unity.
And the wholeness from the Anointed One should rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful.
The word of the Anointed One should dwell in you richly, in all wisdom teaching and admonishing yourselves in psalms, and in hymns, and in spiritual songs, singing with the favor in your hearts to God;
and everything which you maybe shall do in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father through Him.
You who are wives, be submitted to your own husbands, as was fitting in the Lord.
You who are husbands, love the wives and do not be harsh toward them.
You who are children, obey the parents in all things; for this is pleasing in the Lord.
You who are fathers, do not provoke your children, that they may not become discouraged.
You who are slaves, obey in all things the masters according to flesh, not with eye-service as men-pleasers, but in sincerity of heart, fearing the Lord.
And everything that maybe you shall do, work from the being, as to the Lord and not to men;
knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord, the Anointed One.
For he who is doing wrong will be repaid for what he has done wrong, and there is not partiality.
